Blotto Photto UPDATES

A few updates for the website over the weekend...

First is The Daily Archives. It was taking way too long for this page to load up AND get back to once you opened up a post. In an effort to speed this up, I'm now only keeping about six months worth of archived blogs (instead of every single one ever posted). On top of that, I'm working with my web server to see what they'll contribute concerning bandwidth (and all those other crazy technical items) to help this process. 

Second is a new column called Feature Bikes. This is a really popular post at blottophotto.com for checking out bikes, referencing back to answer questions, see what works for your own build, etc, etc. Since modifying The Daily Archives, that removed most of these posts. Every bike every featured on this website is now sitting in this new column. 

Third is The Daily. Before this weekend the front page would feature the three most recent posts. I've changed that to four posts before they head to archives. This will give you more viewing and reading pleasure without having to access the archives.
