PHX_SeaTac_Squamish

The call came in to join the TWS crew up in British Columbia, Canada for a mid-week snowmobiling session. Seeing how I was in Phoenix, Arizona, I would have to catch a morning flight to Seattle, grab a rental car and make the drive across the border, through Vancouver and end up at home base Squamish.

I was a bit hesitant with the mission seeing how the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games are in full force, but the crew assured me they had the road restrictions dialed and we could move easily about to our snowmobiling spots.

The flight from PHX was easy, the drive from Seattle to the border was zero problems and I even got a customs agent who didn’t ask too many questions. Once on Canadian soil the GPS directed me around downtown Vancouver via the 91, so I was able to skip that entire section of Olympic mayhem. After that it was easy breezy into Squamish.
