Before I left BC I had to...

…stop at Squamish Home Base to say hello and grab a copy of the new Trouble album…Dreams of a Troubled Man. The new LP has been a few months in the making, so having Trevor hand over an advance copy made my day!

The Trouble Gang had just finished up a concert at the 2010 Olympic Games on Cypress Mountain (home of the snowboarding halfpipe finals). They were back at Trevor’s house to enjoy a couple days of snowboarding at Whistler-Blackcomb before returning to NYC.

As I arrived, Craig, Michael,Jofo, Masa and Joao were all digging through Trevor’s endless stash of timeless snowboarding products to outfit themselves for a day on the hill. I was extremely jealous they were getting out to shred because I haven’t ridden in almost a month! My day was all about travel….darn it! Maybe next time. It’s always a treat to see these NYC cats so hyped for a day on the snowboard.

Trevor didn't have a release date for the new album, but I’ll post it as soon as I hear. Peace, Blotto
