Record Store Day

Unbeknownst to us, it was Record Store Day as we set out around the way in Burlington on Saturday afternoon. A big part of our mission was to hit up two of our favorite vinyl spots in search of a Tech12 and a few 45’s, so I guess we were supporting the cause unknowingly!
Upon arriving at Burlington Records, DJ A Dog was busy on the ones and twos, so he informed us about this annual event…a celebration of those small businesses still supplying the vinyl to those willing to dig through the crates. Sounded good to us, so we got busy finding flipping through the stacks while A Dog ripped through the tracks.
After a successful stop number one, it was over to Speaking Volumes to inquire about turntables for sale…not just one Technics 1200 was up for grabs, but two of them sitting on the rack ready for the taking! It’s not often you find your pick of the litter when searching for the worlds greatest turntable.
Record Store Day was definitely the best part of the weekend when you come home with new vinyl and another Tech12. Blotto
