Up in the Air

Zurich Airport is my European flughafen of choice due to its close proximity to the Alps, plus it’s a friendly and easy to use facility. After check-in, I made my way around the place snapping some images and of course peering out the windows at the various aircraft and tarmac activities.
My relax time expired once they started boarding the Oslo flight, so I hopped onto the plane that was seventy-five percent empty…that’s always a treat when you’re traveling so you can experience a little more personal space (as it’s commonly referred to).
Two hours and change to Oslo from Zurich with a nice sunset happening, a buy-on-board meal in front of me and a few zzzz’s. After claiming my bags, I cruised through customs, met my filmer Andro, we picked up the rental car, threw our gear in, then started the three hour drive to Filefjell right around midnight.
