Camp O Champs, Post Two

After making our way up the access road in the trucks, we unloaded and took the 7th Heaven chairlift to the top of Hortsman Glacier. From there it's an easy shred down to the Camp of Champions snowboard facility.

As you can see from the photos below, the snow level is excellent for this time of year and there's plenty to choose from in the 'shred category.' Our crew decided to use the tabletop double line for a couple hours worth of flips, spins and backside 180's...bringing us to the night time hour somewhere in the vicinity of 10:30 PM (22:30). Once darkness set in, we downloaded on the chairlift, hopped back in the trucks and made our way back down to the parking lot.

It was a wonderful evening spent on top of Whistler Mountain under perfect clear skies with a great group of riders, filmers, photographers and patrollers (kind enough to spend their evening with us). Big thanks to Fabia and the Camp of Champs crew for hosting the team. Blotto
