Summer Sessions Rye

Part of the draw to Rye Beach is the surf offered up by Mother Nature...good waves off the coast of New Hampshire. An even better part of Rye is the crew at Summer Sessions Surf Shop. Owners Ryan and Tyler McGill hold down the good vibes and a great shop right on Jenness Beach.

If you showed up to Rye unequipped to hang ten, hit up the knowledgeable and friendly crew for a board and wetsuit. Not only do they offer daily lessons, the young bucks can enroll in surf camps all summer long. Their newly remodeled location is packed with boards, wetsuits and gear, along with a nice selection of beverages, food and coffee.

I sat around their shop for the better part of two days witnessing the stoke they provided to each and every surf-enthusiast that walked through their doors.
