The Film Days

travelog_1.jpg

I was digging in the crates this weekend and stumbled upon this photo of my camera bag, circa 2003. This was right around the time digital photography had officially become "...the future of photography..."

But I was a hold out! My everyday kit was a Hasselblad X-Pan Panoramic Range Finder, Canon 1V 35mm SLR and a Hasselblad 203 FE Medium Format. Boy, were these cameras fun to use and they produced great images with a variety of film stock.

About two years later, digital photography took over my life as various 35mm and 120mm film types weren't being produced any longer, clients were asking for more jobs to be captured digitally and the DSLR became the go-to camera for most of my work.

My love for shooting photos hasn't wavered due to technological advancements with camera equipment (for better or for worse), so it's all good! Blotto
